while papa was workin too hard this week....
i didn't see papa much this week cause he was workin some late hours, so it was just me and mama all week. when papa came home after his deadline, i had something to show him:

Papa had to leave us a little bit early this year at the cottage, so Ollie made sure to get lots of Papa time in before he went.

Swimming!
Ollie's first swim at the cottage was so amazing!
He took a few minutes to get used to the water with Mama.
Then quickly relaxed and enjoyed it as much as we did.
We even dunked his nose and mouth under!
He'll be water skiing soon!
He took a little while longer to adjust to his second swim.
In slowly...
in a little more...
not liking that so much.
A cuddle from Papa...
then right back to it.
And loving it again!
Then on to his stomach for some serious work.
He's a natural water baby.
He didn't even mind the dunking!
In fact...
he kept trying to lick the water after that.
